Chemistry 1

This course is designed to provide students with opportunities to develop and use important chemistry concepts and skills, with which to understand the chemistry behind real-life phenomenon. Some topics that will be covered include: chemical and physical properties, formulas and equations, ions and solutions, the periodic table, bonding, gas laws, acid vs. base chemistry, kinetic molecular theory, and green chemistry. This is a lab science credit.
