Hope High School Online will hold FREE vision and hearing screenings on Tuesday, December 8^th from 8:30 AM to 4:30PM. The screenings are a service HHSO provides to all its students. You can call to make an appointment at 1-800-426-4952 (ask for Brenda or Joan) or just walk-in!

Screenings will be at the Blueprint Education/HHSO office: 5651 West Talavi Blvd. Suite 170, Glendale, AZ

** All students who come will earn 200 Hot Spot Reward points. Make sure to sign in on the attendance sheet at the office to get your points.
