How to Enroll

  1. Determine that Hope High School Online fits your learning style, your schedule and your educational goals. Read the information on the tab entitled "HOME." 
  2. Call 1.800.426.4952 to request an enrollment packet or download the packet HERE.
  3. Complete all enrollment paperwork:
    • Enrollment Form
    • Proctor Approval Form (if not taking exam in our office)
    • Career Plans Form
    • English Acquisition Form 
    • Policies and Procedures (Read and sign) 
    • Directory Information Release
    • Internet Agreement (Read and sign) 
    • Release of Records
    • Emergency Form
    • Federal Program Questionnaire
  4. Mail, fax, or hand deliver the completed paperwork to our office. You will also need to include the following items:  
    • Birth Certificate (original state issued)
    • Proof of Address (utility bill, lease agreement, mortgage receipt)
    • Immunization Records (dates of vaccinations signed by physician) Click HERE for requirements
    • Special Education Records (if applicable)
    • Withdrawal Form (including date of previous school exit)
    • Transcript
    • Custody or Guardian Papers (if applicable) 
  5. The HHSO staff will review your transcript and enrollment paperwork and contact you within 2 business days to schedule an enrollment appointment.
