We are aware of the ongoing issues with the online course system. Our online course provider, Edgenuity, is also aware and is addressing the issues. Here are some helpful suggestions when encountering technical issues with your courses:
- Our courses are not compatible with a tablet or phone. A laptop or desktop should be used for best results.
- The recommended browser is Google Chrome.
- Edgenuity suggests clearing your cache/browser history. This has shown to solve multiple problems.
- Another suggestion is to make sure pop-ups and redirects are set as “allowed” as opposed to “blocked”.
