Hope High School Online is a free accredited high school in Arizona. Our teachers and staff understand that success in high school is crucial to a successful future. Hope High School Online is a free online school that works extremely hard to provide our students with what they need to succeed. Hope High School Online staff and teachers stay in close contact with parents, including a weekly progress report. Many parents engaged in their student's virtual high school progress ask us about ways to help their student succeed in their online high school environment. At our free high school online, we understand that emotional health is closely tied to student success. Many teenagers experience anxiety, so Hope High School Online staff and teachers work closely with students who need coping skills.
What Causes Anxiety?
Dealing with deadlines, preparing for tests, along with any other social pressures can be a lot for students to navigate. When the stress and worry overshadow normal everyday activities, it is important that students have strategies to bring stress levels down.

Procrastination can bite all of us in the behind from time to time, but it is a pitfall that does exist for students involved in free online school at home. Procrastination basically just means that you put off or avoid doing something that is required. Where it negatively impacts education is that students find themselves trying to cram in completing their work at the last minute, and don’t give themselves enough time to do quality work.
